Versailles Planter VT4 – Painted

The Versailles Planter is a classic of garden design, and one that rewards the quality of craftsmanship invested in it. At Stuart Garden Architecture, each planter is made to order in our Somerset workshop using treated softwood with a painted finish, joined throughout using traditional mortice and tenon construction. The result is a planter built to the same structural standard as our gates, arbours, and garden structures, designed to remain in your garden for decades rather than seasons.

Stop chamfered posts and rails give each planter a refined, architectural quality, while the integral turned finials add a finishing detail that distinguishes a handcrafted piece from anything mass-produced. Every planter is hand-sanded before leaving the workshop, whether it is destined for a natural timber finish or a painted colour matched to a specific scheme. Manufactured in premium treated softwood, these planters are available in 14 paint finishes.

The VT4 planter is available in the following sizes, with the option of a flat top or with ball finials. Includes a GRP liner.
